  • How do I get into the space?

    The morning of your rental either Clutch or Steph will send you a text letting you know who will be running your rental and helping you out during your shoot. Once you park, just respond to whoever texted you and let them know you have arrived and we will come down and let you into the building and get you all settled.

  • Where should I park?

    There is metered street parking along our block, a metered parking lot across the street by Planet Fitness or a metered parking garage behind us in exchange place that you can use to park. Closest parking will be the street parking on the east side of our building on state street.

    If you are staying longer than two hours, we recommend you park in the parking garage behind us in Exchange Place or the metered parking lot across the street between our building and Planet Fitness. That way you don’t have to worry about going down to re-pay for the street meter in the middle of your shoot.

    If you have a lot to load into the studio, please let us know beforehand and we will direct you on where you can park your car momentarily that is nearest our entrance and we will help you unload.

  • Can I come early to set up?

    You are welcome to arrive early and unload/hang out in the waiting area in our building. But all setup and take down in the studio space needs to happen within your rented time slot so it does not affect the rentals happening before and after your slot.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We love pets! As long as they are well-behaved and are not destructive to the space, we highly encourage you to bring in your furry friends. Just be sure to let us know beforehand while booking in the appointment notes section so we know not to bring our dog in as well that day.

  • What props do you have available and how much are they?

    Head to our homepage and scroll down to our props/gear section to see a list of the available items for you to use. Any furniture pieces you see in the tour photos are included in the hourly rental pricing except for paper rolls. Those are just $15 each.

    You’re welcome to move things around, we just ask that the black couch/pedestal stay put, that you ask for our assistance in moving the mirror, and that you put everything back to how it was found upon heading out :)

  • I went to book my slot but exited out of my browser and now the slot is gone, did it get booked?

    If you select a time slot and get distracted and either exit out of the browser or something glitches out, square will hold that slot you selected for 10 minutes. So if you go back and try to book and it looks like it isn’t available anymore, it most likely still is! Just wait 10 minutes for that slot to be available and try again :)

  • Can I book after hours?

    We do offer after-hours shoots to anyone needing more time or hoping to capture certain types of light. If you’d like to rent outside of our normal hours of operation, please fill out a contact form and let us know when you are hoping to shoot and we will get you settled from there.

  • Do you do trade?

    We are unfortunately unable to do trade at this time.

  • Do i have to book on the hour or can i start later? (I.E. 10:30 instead of 10)

    We are only able to book rentals on the hour so we can ensure we fit as many people who’d like to book per day as we can.
